My Workout Must Haves... LULULEMON!

 I try to be active and workout at least 5 days a week. Even though this doesn't always happen it's nice to try, right? I currently take Bar Method Classes 5 days a week but I am starting to incorporate Yoga and cardio again, (I need to relax and work off that extra september weight!).

Monday...

Monday's have never been my favorite day of the week but this Monday marks a new time in my life. Everything has been a major whirlwind since september rolled around and I'm just starting to catch my breath. My 21st birthday then my trip to Miami for my 21st birthday ;), my Grandmothers 90th and a few formal affairs have taken over my weekends. I also have had major stressers on my mind. Then to top it all off,  having to wake up at 5 am three days a week then going to class until 4 pm isn't a blast, I have been utterly exhausted and just trying to catch up! So today I vow to kick some serious BUTT and lock it all down! It's only 2 and 1/2 months left of this crazy schedule. Like my Mom always says, "You do what you gotta do". WISH ME LUCK!

Saturday Style 10/1/11

It's starting to feel like fall around the tri-state area! I'm so excited to break out my leggings, boots and sweaters. Here's my first fall Saturaday outfit :)

The Bar Method

So it's 7 am and I'm up very early for a saturday morning, which I would do for only one reason...THE BAR METHOD! I am beyond obsessed with this workout. Have you guys heard of it? It's a mix of pilates yoga and ballet combined with interval training for a real kick ass class! Anyway I'm off to my early morning Bar Method class to kick my butt! Hope you guys have a great saturday!

JUICING

So here we go, my juice cleanse begins...
For the next 5 days I will be consuming nothing but fresh juices. They are actually delicious! I will give you the recipes with my juice cleanse updates...stay tuned!

Here are a few of the juices I will be drinking along the way...

Breakfast is always:
Water with Mint
Green Juice


Greens:
spinach
romain
Kale
cucumber
lemon
a pinch of fresh ginger
2-3 packets stevia (depending on size)

Re meistered smoothie:
Spinach (a decent amount)
blueberries
2 tbs flax seed
water
Ice
put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Just some things I'm loving right now...

I adore fall fashion. I love the change of season where skinny jeans, flats, and sweaters are an everyday go to outfit. Some things that I'm especially loving this fall are white pumpkins, pops of color, leopard flats (even though I fought this urge for as long as I could), FUR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, I never get tired of bows or lace. Olivia Palermo's style is elegant and classy but always on trend, I'm in love with every outfit she puts together.

Some things I'm looking forward to this fall... 

• Every year where I live there is  an all day affair called the Far Hills Races (a.k.a The Hunt). Everyone gets dressed up in their preppiest outfits to sit around in tents and watch horse races, or so we say. It's really just a huge social event, everyone in the area goes and it's a load of fun! I just bought my outfit for this, CAN'T WAIT! Don't worry I'll keep you updated!

• I also try to do juice cleanses and eat raw once or twice a year. I am officially starting my juice cleanse tomorrow. I always feel lighter with a ton more energy, glowing skin and shiny hair. After juicing I'll begin eating raw for abut a month. I love eating raw to be honest. Although, it may be hard this time of year, I tend to crave warm soups and food in the cold. I really wish I could eat raw all the time but it is very time consuming and puts a damper on eating out... I'm a bit of a foodie!

• I AM ALSO BEYOND EXCITED TO RECEIVE MY RECENT PURCHASES! Which have been wayyyy to many, but I just can't help myself, it's my favorite time of year to shop! Once they arrive I will show you what I have obtained for my closet :)

• Last but not least HALLOWEEN! I'm a holiday junkie and Halloween is such a fun one! What are you guys planning on being this year?!?
