So here we go, my juice cleanse begins...
For the next 5 days I will be consuming nothing but fresh juices. They are actually delicious! I will give you the recipes with my juice cleanse updates...stay tuned!
Here are a few of the juices I will be drinking along the way...
Breakfast is always:
Water with Mint
Green Juice
Greens:
spinach
romain
Kale
cucumber
lemon
a pinch of fresh ginger
2-3 packets stevia (depending on size)
Re meistered smoothie:
Spinach (a decent amount)
blueberries
2 tbs flax seed
water
Ice
put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
(based off the blue meister smoothie at Juice Caboose, Summit NJ)
Skin Booster Juice:
carrots
kale
spinach
green apple
Sweetart Juice:
Spinach
romain
green apple
pineapple
(based off sweetart juice from liquidation in NYC)

ReplyDeleteYou should try it, you feel great after. I try to do 3-5 days of juicing when I go through this cleanse. I needed some extra days this time around ;)
